Bulletin Board registration
• To use our bulletin board you must register a user name and an email address. We get 10-20 attempts per day to register, almost all for nefarious purposes. We check every registration request to keep the board free of spammers and people trying to use the board for advertising and various scams. As it takes time to check each attempt, we insist on two things to make our life easier:
  1. The user name should relate to your identity: Dr Fred Smith, Sam Jones, etc. We reject Candyman, NevadaCasino, CheapCocaine and the like.

  2. The email address must be a professional address, usually a university or business. We reject addresses including google, yahoo, hotmail and the like.

  If you really must use a personal email address, please contact us directly with your proposed user name and email and explain why you need access in this way and we will add you to a white list until you register.
